ROLE SUMMARY: King’s College Murcia is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and highly motivated Nursery Teacher to join our dedicated Early Years team from late August 2026. For more information and to register, please click here: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Foster a warm, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. Track and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues. Collaborate with the Early Years team to develop engaging activities, projects, and continuous provision. Ensure the emotional and physical well-being of all children is prioritised throughout the school day. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child’s development. Contribute to whole-school events, initiatives, and professional development activities. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Experience working with Nursery or Early Years children. A deep understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum. A nurturing, patient, and positive approach to supporting young learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children and families. A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
