Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Madrid (Spanien) Fachkräfte mit Erfahrung in der Montage elektronischer und optischer Komponenten, die in der Lage sind, präzise bei der Montage von Kameras und empfindlichen Modulen zu arbeiten. Der ideale Kandidat vereint technische Fähigkeiten, Liebe zum Detail, Eigeninitiative und strenge Disziplin bei der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Anforderungen an die elektronische Handhabung. Ihre Aufgaben: Montage von elektronischen, optischen und mechanischen Modulen gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen Reinigung, Handhabung und Montage optischer Elemente (Linsen, Sensoren, Filter) Durchführung von Funktionstests, visuellen Inspektionen und Qualitätsdokumentation Verwendung von Präzisionswerkzeugen (Feinlötstation, Mikroskop, Messgeräte, etc.) Ordnung halten und Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards Sichere Handhabung empfindlicher Komponenten gemäß ESD-Verfahren Löten nach IPC-Richtlinien Durchführung von Abnahmetests an Endgeräten und Baugruppen Aktive Teilnahme an der Umsetzung von Fertigungszielen Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards durch Einhaltung von Prüf- und Arbeitsanweisungen Einhaltung und aktive Teilnahme an den 5S-Standards an den Arbeitsplätzen Ihr Profil: Erfahrung in der Produktion oder Montage von Elektronik, Optik oder Präzisionsgeräten Praktische Kenntnisse im ESD-Schutz und Arbeiten in EPA-Bereichen Fähigkeit, technische Arbeitsanweisungen, Diagramme und grundlegende Schaltpläne zu lesen und zu befolgen Ausbildung in technischen Bereichen (Elektronik, Mechatronik, Optik) Erste Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen oder technischen Elektroberuf Mittelstufe Englisch (gesprochen und geschrieben, muss in der Lage sein, mit technischer Dokumentation zu arbeiten und an Besprechungen teilzunehmen) Manuelle Geschicklichkeit, Verarbeitung von Oberflächenmontagetechnologie und Handlöten Gute Selbstorganisationsfähigkeiten in Bezug auf Arbeitsplatz- und Zeitmanagement, eigenständiges Handeln bei Qualitäts- und Terminproblemen Wir bieten: Teil eines wachsenden Projekts innerhalb eines internationalen Unternehmens werden Erstschulung in spezifischen Produktionsprozessen und Qualitätsstandards Gutes Arbeitsumfeld und interne Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Mitarbeiterangebote (z.
