AI Workflow Builder & Solution Engineer - French fluent Join Paradox EN. The role is full‑time and can be worked from Dubai, Lisbon, or remotely worldwide. French and English fluency are required.Role Summary As an AI Workflow Builder & Solution Engineer, you will convert complex business needs into scalable, automated systems, building and scaling workflows using automation tools, APIs, AI agents, and data architecture to improve operations.Key Responsibilities Create powerful scalable workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts.Handle multi‑step logic, error handling, conditions & retries.Own lifecycle: identify, build, deploy, maintain.Integrate systems via REST, Webhooks, GraphQL, OAuth.Self‑host tools when needed (e.g., internal dashboards).Build microservices to bridge gaps between no‑code and custom dev.Design robust data structures in Airtable, Notion, or relational DBs.Implement access, permission, governance systems.Debug, refactor, and optimize existing automations.Build fail‑safes, alerts, and monitoring.Deploy GPT‑powered internal bots and assistants; connect chat interfaces to APIs.Document everything, train internal users, anticipate edge cases, design with UX in mind.Qualifications & Experience Proven experience shipping production‑grade automation systems across teams.Strong knowledge of APIs, HTTP requests, and authentication methods.Comfortable with self‑hosting tools, deploying and maintaining them.Experience implementing chatbot systems or assistants connected to internal tools.Ability to simplify complex systems and scale them.Rigorous builder mindset: think about edge cases, uptime, error logs.Cross‑functional collaboration with non‑technical teams and clear documentation.Autonomy, problem‑solving, and drive to improve continuously.Required Skills Automation/Ops: n8n (self‑hosted), Make.com, Zapier, Python or JavaScript scripts.Data & Workflow: Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Supabase, PostgreSQL.Communication: Webhooks, REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, JSON, Regex.Infra/Hosting: Docker, Cloud Run, Firebase, Railway, Vercel, Render.AI & Assistants: OpenAI, LangChain, Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate).Languages French & English fluency.Seniority Level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment Type Full‑timeJob Function General Business, Management, and Business DevelopmentIndustries Education#J-18808-Ljbffr
