The role will report to the HR Director EMEA and work closely with country and local HR managers to tailor processes and standards to the employee groups in each area, balancing global standards & leading practices with local norms. To strengthen our HR team in the IBERIA region, we are looking for an HR Manager - Iberia (m/f/d) with the following responsibilities:Lead the HR function for the IBERIA region, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business unitsDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategySupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalFoster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement and conflict resolutionOversee and implement the organization structure across our departments in the Iberia regionReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout Human Resource ManagementYOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related fieldExtensive background in shared services, including the establishment and management of service centers, with a strong focus on HR ServicesSeveral years of experience in a leading HR management role, with a focus on HR operations and HR servicesExperience in employment laws, regulations and labor relationsPrevious experience in a multinational company, with complex structuresKnowledge of HR Transformation and Change ManagementAbility to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, to partner with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated communication skills with an understanding of how to effectively communicate change, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsBENEFITS We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include merit increases, paid holidays, Paid Time Off, medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability benefits, 401(k)+match and life insurance.
