J ob Description: As a Proposal Engineer , you will play a key role in preparing technical and commercial proposals for national and international tenders. From day one, you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, Software, and Operations teams, taking on real responsibility while being supported by experienced colleagues. This is a challenging and highly developmental role , ideal for profiles with technical background who are interested in both technical work and commercial and management responsibilities. You will be expected to work with rigor, attention to detail and enthusiasm, while benefiting from strong team support, structured processes, and mentoring from senior professionals. Your mission : contribute to turning opportunities into awarded projects by balancing strong technical solutions with competitive commercial proposals. Key responsibilities Analysis and strategy : understand complex customer requirements and define optimal technical solutions meeting their needs Comprehensive proposal management : coordinate and consolidate inputs from Sales, Product, Engineering, Software and Execution teams to create cohesive and competitive proposals Commercial optimization : Manage supplier quotations and balance target pricing with competitive margins Documentation production : Develop professional, comprehensive proposals that meet critical deadlines Risk management : Lead tender risk analysis with internal stakeholders Commercial support : Support negotiations and contract closure with the Business Development Manager Project handover :
