Job Summary The Sales Application Specialist will be responsible for sales, promotion and technical support to the customers in order to guarantee the right performance of both reagents and instruments.Key Accountabilities Assure the Compliance with Ethical CodePromote Werfen solutions and advise customers to improve lab organizationFocusing its actions on "Value Selling"Perform demonstrations and build trust in our solutionsKeep clients updated in new techniques, by providing product information and organizing special visits.Train customers and ensure correct performance of the solutionsProvide troubleshooting for technical enquiriesFollow-up of the client looking for new opportunities for growthControl the level of service offered by the different departments of the Company in the assigned accounts.Responsible for a budget, should look for business opportunitiesResponsible for the technical solution of the zGPResponsible for the technical interpretation of the tender documents and the preparation of the technical documents (in collaboration with KAM and B.Unit)Solves product incidents at technical level in coordination with specialists from the Business Unit and the manufacturer companies.Installation of equipment, in coordination with the Technical ServiceOrganize special visits with product managers.Networking / Key relationships Sales Manager, KAM, Application Specialists, Product Managers, Technical Support Team and other support functions.Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position : Advanced degree in Biology, Medicine or Pharmacy.Good knowledge of EnglishKnowledge of Spanish valued (Portugal)Knowledge of Portuguese valued (Spain)Skills & Capabilities Team and individual working capacitySelf-organized, identifies and differentiates the issues that require to be prioritized, works efficiently with quality results. Works well under pressure.Market and product knowledgeMaintains professional and technical knowledge about the product lines and the market.Shows enthusiasm and passion for all the products of his Business Line. Conveys the desire to get better knowledge of Werfen's products and solutions to the entire commercial network.Has a deep knowledge of the market and the competition. Keeps this information updated to the salespeople in order to engage and reinforce a good communication amongst Werfen's representatives and Clients.Establishes relations with customers based on trust and confidenceCommunicationMaintains professional and technical knowledge about the product lines and the marketSpeaks clearly, concisely and is compelling in negative or positive scenarios; listens to people and gets feedback, participates in meetings constructively and is skilled to speak in public.AnticipationStrategic vision and deep knowledge of the market allow him/her to foresee changing circumstances and develop new plans when situations change.Travel requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
