Requirements A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Excellent SQL and R or Python skills Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques Experience presenting and sharing data findings Proactive, results‑driven, and hands‑on approach to problem solving Excellent English communication skills Responsibilities Data analysis and interpretation: analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights; interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly. Advanced analytics: utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses; develop and implement models to support business decisions. Collaboration: work closely with cross‑functional teams (Product, designers, VIPs) to understand business needs and provide data‑driven solutions; act as liaison between the analytics team and other departments. Mentorship and training: mentor junior data analysts, guide best practices in data analysis and reporting, and conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
