Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Solutions Architect to join our Global Digital Solutions team.In this role, you will be responsible for serving as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them through the technical evaluation of our digital solutions and ensuring long-term customer success.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:- Lead the technical design and architectural strategy for complex digital solutions, creating scope documents and Statements of Work that align with client business challenges.- Collaborate with Sales Executives, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to advance strategic deals to closure and ensure a coherent path to success for our clients.- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations while responding to technical, functional, and non-functional requirements in RFPs and RFQs.What You'll BringThe ideal candidate will have:- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales consulting or Professional Consulting services.- Strong knowledge of ECM, BPM, App-Dev, and AI/ML concepts, with familiarity in major cloud providers such as AWS and GCP.- Proven ability in stakeholder management and technical storytelling, effectively communicating complex architectural landscapes to both technical and C-Suite audiences.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.What We Offer- Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with your experience.- Flexible work options to support a healthy work-life balance.- Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.- Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth in a digital-first environment.
