Buscamos un / a Head of Product que lidere la visión, estrategia y evolución de nuestra plataforma, impulsando productos que generen impacto real en nuestros clientes y en el mercado. Se encargará de definir, diseñar, priorizar y evolucionar el producto que desarrollamos y ofrecemos a nuestros clientes. La función de Head of Product será actuar como puente entre negocio, tecnología y usuarios. Su propósito principal será asegurar que el producto resuelva problemas reales del mercado, sea viable desde el negocio y factible técnicamente. Será responsable de liderar el rumbo del producto, inspirar al equipo y garantizar que cada decisión esté alineada con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía. Visión y estrategia de producto Definir la dirección a largo plazo del producto. Gestión del ciclo de vida del producto Desde la concepción hasta la retirada del mercado. Análisis del usuario y del mercado Identificar necesidades del cliente. Trabajar estrechamente con ingeniería, ventas, marketing, soporte y éxito del cliente. Medición de impacto y éxito del producto Iterar sobre el producto según resultados y feedback. Experiencia sólida (6+ años) liderando equipos de producto en empresas de software B2B o SaaS (MES / ERP / ENGENIERIA). Que tenga experiencia previa en ERP y MES para fabricantes industriales, integración de sistemas, flujos de datos que mejoran las operaciones de fabricación de clientes, gestión de control y monitorización de plantas productivas en tiempo real, planificadores en el ERP. Mentalidad orientada a resultados, datos y mejora continua. Pasión por construir productos que realmente hagan la diferencia.
