The Bid Officer/PMO will support theproposal and bid production process by coordinating with internal teams, managing documentation, and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals. Working closely with subject matter experts You will help to ensure that bids effectively communicate GMV’s value proposition while meeting client requirements. In addition, Bid Officer/PMO shall provide added value for the company Business Development activitiesMain Responsibilities: Manage the Proposal Production Process: Organize, manage and ensure proposal schedules and all deadlines. Proposal Development: Assist in overseeing the creation of proposal content to ensure it is customized for each bid opportunity and highlights the organization’s strengths and value proposition. Support the writing, editing, and proofreading of proposals, ensuring consistency and alignment with client requirements. Strategic Input and Feedback Analysis: Provide input on bid strategies, resource allocation, and proposal content under the guidance of senior team members. Process Improvement: Assist in preparing and maintaining proposal templates, materials, and tools to maximize the efficiency of the proposal development process. You will also play a key role in the Commercial Infrastructure and Marketing strategy creating and updating marketing and promotional materials, including corporate websites, newsletters, press releases and participation in congresses, trade shows, and etc. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? We are looking for graduates in Humanities (, Marketing, Communications, Literature, Linguistics), or Business/Technical Management (, Project Management, Business Management) with a strong background and professional experience in: Bid management, proposal writing, or a related field is an advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required. Experience in the defense sector or similar fields, especially in handling documentation and organizing teams, is highly valued. Also, we will value: Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and synthesize large amounts of information. Excellent communication skills, particularly in problem-solving and conflict resolution. Ability to work effectively within an international and multidisciplinary team. Self-initiative, autonomy, and a proactive approach to self-development. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
