You take genuine enjoyment in mentoring and sharing your knowledge of modern web techniques to help others, while also listening and learning in turn. You love that our daily dev meetings are not just about the work we’re doing, but also about sharing our passions and hobbies with each other. Role We’re looking for an experienced front end engineer to expand our team by being one of our first developers in Barcelona. Responsibilities Improve our front end engineering and architecture. Build customer management interfaces and administration tools. Integrate with real time web video providers and add features to our web based video meeting space. Improve our understanding of how our clients use our features through data. Help clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues. Collaborate with product teams to translate UI design wireframes into elegant code. Participate in code review processes. Attend daily 15‑30 minute video meetings and one evening meeting per week. Share your experience with the team on best practices and new libraries. Write, discuss, and analyze code architecture, not just relying on AI tooling. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role. Significant experience with front‑end web frameworks, especially React. Ability to work from Barcelona or nearby for in‑person collaboration. Excellent written and verbal English. Desired Qualifications Ability to translate a designer’s vision into code. Familiarity with GraphQL. Strong command of the latest HTML and CSS tools and trends. Enjoy working closely with a team to learn from each other. Eye for visual elegance and beauty.
