Nuestro cliente es una compañía tecnológica española referente en transformación digital y automatización, con proyectos tanto en el sector público como en el privado. Buscamos un perfil senior , con visión de arquitectura y experiencia trabajando con Administración Pública . Alguien que sepa leer pliegos complejos y transformarlos en propuestas técnicas claras, viables y competitivas. Una persona con criterio, autonomía y dominio del lenguaje técnico. No ejecuta, pero domina ; no se pierde en la solución, la explica, la escribe y la defiende . Este rol está centrado al 100 % en preventa técnica . No participa en delivery ni en gestión de proyectos, sino en el diseño de soluciones, la redacción de ofertas y la coordinación con los equipos internos. Y cuando hace falta, también en la defensa de la propuesta ante cliente. ✅¿Qué harías? Leer pliegos y entender exactamente qué se necesita. Diseñar soluciones técnicas que encajen con lo que la AAPP pide y valora. Redactar memorias técnicas claras, estructuradas y ganadoras. Coordinar con preventa, comercial y tech para cerrar la mejor propuesta. Defender la propuesta ante el cliente (si es necesario) con claridad y seguridad. Sólida experiencia en consultoría técnica o preventa. Haber trabajado con clientes de la Administración Pública (local, autonómica o estatal) es imprescindible . Nivel técnico alto en arquitecturas web , Java , integraciones, microservicios, bases de datos. Valorable conocimiento en cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, con criterio y visión. Sólida redacción técnica y facilidad para comunicar soluciones complejas. Capacidad de análisis, visión estratégica y sensibilidad con lo que realmente valora la AAPP.
