Dancover (Supreme) is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our office in Fuengirola, Spain. If you speak additional languages, that’s a definite plus.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high level of service and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be in direct contact with customers across multiple channels and collaborate closely with the local sales and service team as well as internal departments at the head office in Denmark.Your main responsibilities include:Providing professional customer support with clear and effective communicationHandling inbound telephone enquiries, online chat, and email correspondenceFollowing up on customer orders and ensuring timely and accurate processingManaging customer claims and returns in a structured and solution-oriented mannerTracking shipments and keeping customers informedSupporting sales activities when requiredQualificationsWe are looking for a service-minded and proactive team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
