Specialist Creation Palette & Raw MaterialSpecialist of the Creation palette for Taste flavorists, ensuring relevance, compliance, and efficiency. Coordinates new raw material introductions and maintains high-quality master data to support creation and supply chain processes.Key Responsibilities- Lead Raw Material Introduction (RMI) processes and coordinate business requests- Drive RMI performance through reporting, SLA improvement, and success tracking- Manage and optimize the Creation palette (authorizations, regional palettes, restrictions, tonalities, archiving)- Ensure accurate master data in CoreDB and SAP- Support creation teams through access management and clear communicationImpact & KPIs- Faster raw material introductions- High-quality internal customer support- Effective crisis resolution- Improved palette relevance and optimizationProfile- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
