As a Google Ads Digital Marketing & Sales Executive, you will work with companies and agency partners from your assigned market to create customized digital advertising and marketing strategies. You will operate in a performance‑driven environment, helping businesses grow while delivering a strong client experience. Provide performance‑focused Google Ads and digital marketing strategies tailored to business needs. Act as a trusted consultant to help clients optimize their advertising and marketing investment. Manage communication via phone, video calls, and email. Work towards individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service quality. Full professional proficiency (C2 or equivalent) in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, German, Danish, or Hebrew. ~ Advanced level of English. ~1 to 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising. ~ Familiarity with Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms. ~ Full‑time (39 hours per week) hybrid position based in Barcelona. Competitive fixed salary plus performance‑based bonus. Relocation package including flight ticket, accommodation in a nice individual studio. Private health insurance.
