Job Description We are looking for a motivated, proactive junior team member with specialist knowledge of digital marketing and basic working knowledge of HTML/email programming. The candidate should be eager to learn, assume new challenges, seek creative solutions, and grow with the company. Responsibilities Programming and execution of third‑party digital marketing campaigns within the iDoctus platform. Management of the production calendar (campaign scheduling). Display advertising – campaign management in our proprietary ad server. Email campaign set‑up (segmentation, scheduling, A/B tests). Content marketing campaigns. Campaign report generation (KPIs). Development of advanced segmentations (interests, browsing behavior). Supporting the development and execution of internal campaigns (healthcare professional acquisition, development & retention, pharmaceutical client B2B marketing). User support and response to user requests. Professional user credential validation. Close collaboration with the Content, Technology and Commercial teams to achieve company objectives. Qualifications Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Project management experience (e.g., Trello). Knowledge of marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas. Basic use of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop or similar). Basic front‑end/HTML programming for email marketing campaigns. Experience with ad servers. Experience with content management systems (CMS). Analytical skills, experience developing management performance indicators. Fluency in Spanish (required). Initiative, proactivity, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic, results orientation, and ability to work in highly dynamic multi‑functional teams. Problem‑solving orientation, detail/quality focus, continuous learning mindset and creativity. Additional Information Immediate start. Competitive compensation, depending on qualifications. Discretionary target bonus up to 10% of gross salary. Indefinite contract with a 6‑month probation period; exclusivity during contract, confidentiality, IP and non‑compete for 12 months post‑contract. Full‑time position; presence in our Madrid office (Núñez de Balboa 116) with flexibility for 3‑ or 4‑day remote work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
