Um die gewünschten Ergebnisse zu erzielen, ist ein hohes Maß an kommerziellem Urteilsvermögen erforderlich.Own Product Management for SCADA systems and associated software products and service offerings including vendor & technology selection, technology integration, and commercialization.Work across Engineering, Digital Technology, Commercial Teams, and external stakeholders to synthesize customers/turbine operator/key market strategic trends.Drive business case analysis, funding, staffing, and oversee project management for programs for both continuous development on the legacy product and successfully launch next generation SCADA products.Collaborate with the Product Security team to integrate cyber security features into the product addressing emerging threats, upcoming regulations, and customer needs.Act as customer-facing subject matter expert, support contract negotiations and Inquiry-To-Order (ITO) activities.Work closely with Turbine Controls, Condition Monitoring, and CM&U product managers and Engineering functions to develop cross-platform outcomes and products.Required CharacteristicsBachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an engineering, product management, or commercial function.Desired CharacteristicsMaster’s degree in engineering or businessExperience with SCADA systemsFirst Experience with product ownership for software-based productsGood understanding of wind turbine operation and controls.Understanding of cyber security principles for Operational Technology (OT).Prior experience in a product management roleAbility to translate complex quantitative analysis into concrete business actions.Demonstrated ability to form strong cross-functional relationships and align stakeholders around a common goal.Ability to distill complex information and effectively communicate key messages.Self-starter, highly motivated, innovative, and creative thinkerRelocation Assistance Provided: No#J-18808-Ljbffr
