With the opening of our new office in Málaga, we're looking for someone to help us bridge the gap between professionals and their next career milestone in various industries, not just IT. You will play a crucial role in shaping the careers of many by making meaningful matches. What you'll be doing Engaging with potential candidates and assisting them through the application process; Conducting job interviews; Crafting and sharing job postings; Contributing to enhancing the candidate journey; Reaching out to potential clients and managing client relations. When does this role suit you? You have +2 years of recruitment experience; You thrive in an international team setting; Connecting with people brings you joy; You're invigorated by making quick, impactful decisions; You're driven, with a keen interest in self-development; Your English proficiency is excellent (C1), in both speech and writing; Mastering the Spanish and/or Dutch language is a big plus.
