Descripción del trabajoEn ASTEK Iberia, buscamos un Program Manager – M&A Integration con experiencia en Madrid para unirse a una empresa global líder en tecnología de viajes.Puedes obtener más detalles sobre la naturaleza de esta vacante y lo que se espera de los solicitantes leyendo la información a continuación.Main responsibilities:En este rol, será responsable de planificar, impulsar y ejecutar la integración post-fusión de las empresas adquiridas, garantizando la alineación con los objetivos empresariales, los estándares de gobernanza y las metas de sinergia.Lead end-to-end M&A integration programs across corporate and business functions (IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations).Define and execute integration strategies, operating models and Day 1 to Day 100 plans.Establish and run integration governance (Steering Committees, KPIs, RAID, reporting).Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear decision-making and execution.Manage budgets, risks, dependencies and timelines across multiple workstreams.Drive change management, communication and cultural integration in multinational environments.Who are you?Proven experience leading M&A / Post-Merger Integration programs in complex, international environments.Strong background in Program Management / Integration PMO, managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.Ability to work across corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT) and business teams (Product, Commercial, Operations).Solid change management and communication skills, with experience in cultural integration.Fluent English is mandatory; experience in multinational and multicultural organizations is essential.Who are we?Since 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).Founded in France in 1988, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present in five continents and 25 countries.
