Steel Tower Cost Controller

Join Our Team to Navigate This Challenge TogetherWe are looking for a Steel Tower Cost Controller to provide analytical support to our VP of Tower Sourcing.What Will You Do?Provide analytical and data-driven support to the VP and leadership team.Understand tower sourcing workflows, cost structures, and data flows.Clean, structure, and standardize data for reliable reporting.Analyze sourcing and cost data to detect trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities, including Risk & Opportunities (R&O) tracking .Act as a bridge between sourcing, controlling, and leadership, providing actionable insights.Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to present complex data clearly.Recommend and implement improvements in data management and reporting processes for better transparency and control.Requirements:University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics , or similar.Proven experience in data analytics, financial controlling, or sourcing-related roles .Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controlling, and process optimization .Expertise in data cleaning, structuring, and visualization .Advanced MS Excel (including macros), Power BI , and ERP systems (SAP) .Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying structured data.Familiarity with Risk & Opportunities (R&O) analysis in sourcing context.English C1 .Ability to travel occasionally.Remote position , with site visits when required.Why Join Us?We offer an annual individual training budget of €1,200 that you can use as you wish (tech events, books, courses, certifications, etc.).We provide continuous follow-up with your team to ensure ongoing feedback.Flexible working hours to help you balance your professional and personal life.Flexible compensation (meal vouchers, transport vouchers, childcare) and Wellhub discounts (gyms, wellness activities).Free health insurance.Monthly team-building activities – don’t miss the Pool Party or the Christmas dinnerCapitole-sponsored football team.Tech communities where you can share your knowledge and ideas with other teams.
