This Position Reports To Planning & Fulfillment Manager Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Work Model Ensuring timely and accurate order processing Collaborating with internal teams Resolving customer inquiries Contributing to key targets like inventory management and on‑time delivery, while continuously improving processes Supporting the Sales team Contributing to customer support strategy Sharing best practices across the organization Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there. Qualifications For The Role At least 2 years of experience supporting Operations. Good level of English (written and spoken) Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; experience with SAP is a plus Strong skills in Data Analysis & Reporting Customer satisfaction‑oriented mindset Good written and verbal communication skills Committed to HSE principles, risk reporting, safety standards, integrity standards and ABB’s core values We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
