As a System Product Owner, you will:
- Maximize the value of the product resulting from the development team.
- Provide the best items for the development team to deliver high-quality items.
- Act as an interface between the technical solution and the business needs.
A week in the life of a Thales Scrum Product Owner in Border & Travel:
You are part of the cross-functional Scrum Engineering Team, working side by side with the Product Manager to maximize the value for the product, based on the work of the Engineering team. You update and communicate the Release Plan, aligned to the latest Product Roadmap that is maintained by the Product Manager with your input and the input of the other stakeholders. You work on the definition of the Product Goal, based on the Product Manager's vision and communicate it to the developers. You complete the requirements specification, working with the Product Manager and write the initial User Stories and keep them ordered in the Backlog.
