What you will do The main duty of this role is to recruit and support talent acquisition and human resources initiatives for Capgemini, with focus on aligning hiring strategies to client needs and ensuring a high standard of candidate experience. Responsibilities Reinforce the HR/TA team and help upgrade team skills; act as support for senior technical leadership in relevant divisions. Manage AD administration and contribute to security policy setup for various environments (AD). Provide expertise in VMware infrastructure administration. Coordinate tools and processes related to AD (e.g., WSUS, SCOM, CA, BC, etc.). Additional responsibilities and expectations may include collaboration with client teams, on-call availability, and on-site presence as required by project needs. Qualifications Strong scripting skills and a good level of English (at least B2 spoken). Experience in talent acquisition or HR consulting is preferred. Willingness to work shifts, be on-call during holidays, and onsite as required (primarily on-site in Madrid with possible remote work one day per week). Location and work arrangement Position based primarily on site in Madrid, Spain, with limited remote flexibility as described above.
