We support fitness operators, sports facilities, and partners worldwide by offering market-leading brands at a more affordable price than new.Our services cover the full lifecycle of gym equipment, including buyback, refreshing and reconditioning, rental, relocations, and sales. With a proven operational model, we have successfully handled over 13,000 machines and built a strong reputation within the sports & fitness industry.Today, we generate €5M in annual turnover, employ 20+ people, and operate successfully in the UK and France, supported by 7,500 m² of storage space. We have an ambitious 2026 expansion plan into Spain, the Nordics and Morocco.To launch and grow our Spanish operations, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Country Manager Spain to take full ownership of the market.The roleAs Country Manager Spain, you will be responsible for building our Spanish business from the ground up. This is a multi-tasking environment with a high level of autonomy, combining strategic decision-making with hands‑on execution.Key responsibilitiesLaunch, manage, and scale our operations in SpainIdentify, secure, and equip a local warehouseRecruit, hire, and lead a local teamDevelop commercial relationships and grow revenueManage day‑to‑day operations across logistics, sales, and serviceTake full ownership of the P&L for SpainEnsure operational efficiency, quality standards, and complianceWork closely with the international management teamRequirementsPassion for the sports & fitness industryStrong entrepreneurial mindsetComfortable working in a fast‑paced, multitasking environmentHands‑on attitude and strong problem‑solving skillsFluent in Spanish and EnglishStrong leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilitiesWhat we offerOpportunity to build and lead a country operation from scratchHigh level of thrust, autonomy and responsibilitySupport from an established international companyCompetitive compensation package, based on experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
