We’re looking for a skilled Database Monetization & Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and leverage our data to drive growth and support our commercial efforts.Ecommerce Database Monetization: Analyzing, segmenting, and creating strategies to maximize revenue through our ecommerce customer database.Commercial Department Database Management: Supporting the sales teams with data-driven insights and optimized workflows to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.You will develop data-backed strategies to drive engagement, optimize workflows, and maximize the monetization of our data assets. This role is critical to our mission of leveraging our data to improve customer outreach, streamline operations, and increase revenue across diverse international markets.Develop, implement, and optimize strategies to monetize our ecommerce customer database effectively.Manage and maintain our commercial department’s database, ensuring accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns across seven markets.Design and execute data-driven inbound marketing workflows, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals.Collaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to identify and leverage high-impact opportunities within the database.Conduct regular analysis and reporting on database performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.A minimum of 3 years of experience in database management, with proven success in handling large-scale databases.At least 3 years of experience with HubSpot in a similar role, including workflow design and automation.Strong experience in inbound marketing, particularly in creating and optimizing workflows.Analytical mindset with excellent skills in data analysis and segmentation.Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, and IT teams.We offer competitive salaries, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment spanning multiple international markets.MarketingChief Marketing Officer (CMO)
