STRATEGY SENIOR MANAGER page is loaded## STRATEGY SENIOR MANAGERlocations: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: **MISSION**Reporting into the Senior Director, Head of Corporate Strategy, the Strategy Senior Manager will support strategic decision-making activities and drive execution of key initiatives in alignment with Almirall’s Ambition and the Long Term Strategic Plan.**Conquer) with a holistic approach and with special deep dive on the stage gates on the “Where to Play” and “How to Play”.* Lead internal project team(s) composed of functional experts in the Strategic Projects defined.* Monitor the execution of the Strategic Projects defined.* Support the preparation of the annual SRM (Strategy Review Meeting) topics for discussion and materials preparation with the respective functional teams, assisting the Head of Corporate Strategy and supporting the CEO and Management Board members.* Support the Annual Strategic Compass assessment, following-up the fulfilment of the priorities set, assessing the “on-tracks” and “watch-outs” driving to potential strategic projects and action plans.* Support annually the Ambition KPIs defined until 2030, according to the four strategic pillars (1. Growing the Business while Innovating and 4. Making a Mark in Sustainability and Social Impact) assessing conclusions and action plans when needed.* Help coordinating the 15 Year Forecast Projections taking as the basis the 5 Year Forecast, together with the Head of Corporate Strategy, Finance and GMI teams, as well as the Company Valuation, benchmarking with peers and competitors.* Collaborate closely with the M&A, Corporate Development, and Strategic Alliances teams on strategic projects with relevant impact in our Long term Strategy Plan.* Perform strategic financial assessments (Intangibles Assessment, Comparison vs Acquisition Business Cases) and propose strategic questions to be further investigated. **Biology, Chemistry, Engineering) combined with a Master’s in Business (e.g., Business Administration or Economics).* Professional experience of at least 3-5 years in positions in Strategic Consulting or Venture Capital exposed to the Pharmaceutical Industry or in the Pharmaceutical Industry, within Corporate Strategy, or other areas with global holistic view (M&A, Corporate Development, Business development). **Proficient in spoken and written English.We are a **people-centric company** where employees are at their best, patients and customer are at the heart of every decision, and our focus and agility allow us to deliver greater impact for all.We are **proud of each one of our employees**, their development, and growth: they are the success of the company.*Innovation:** we put the patient and customer at the center, we create novel solutions and we empower entrepreneurial mindsets.* **Simplicity:** we act decisively and avoid over-analysis, we understand why before we act and we are agile & keep things simple.
