Engineering Team We build infrastructure, interfaces, and applications for members, health professionals, and ourselves. The engineering stack is Python/Flask, React, React Native, PostgreSQL. Member Lifecycle – What you’ll build A global onboarding platform serving 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Smart automation for life’s big moments (adding family members, retirement, company transitions) that reduces friction. Process note You may ultimately join a different part of our engineering organization depending on where we think you will have the most impact. We are looking for Engineers with 3+ years of experience to help scale our engineering community. You’ll tackle high‑impact projects, design efficient systems, mentor other engineers, help with hiring, and shape the hiring experience. Fit at Alan Well‑versed in OOP (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript. Willing to work in Python/JavaScript. Passionate about building products. Self‑starting and entrepreneurial. Humble and open to growth. Collaborative, keen on teamwork, learning, and teaching. Fluent in English (French speaking a plus).
