Project Manager (Dedicated Portfolio) – Global Editorial & Social Media Agency VeraContent is a multilingual content agency specialized in creating and managing editorial and social media projects for global brands. We offer content creation, marketing translation, global social media and design services to companies operating worldwide, with a focus on European markets. We’re looking for a dedicated Project Manager to take charge of one of our agency’s most important clients. This is a mono-portfolio role, meaning you’ll be fully focused on a single client, acting as their trusted partner and ensuring smooth delivery of their editorial projects. Coordinate and manage an international team of freelance and in-house editors, writers, translators and content creators. Oversee editorial workflows, from content planning and creation to quality control and delivery. Ensure deadlines, budgets and quality standards are consistently met. Identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows, in coordination with the Head of Project Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; a high level of Spanish is preferred. Proven experience in project management within editorial, content marketing, journalism or digital media (agency or in-house). Experience managing freelancers or editorial teams. Strong writing and editing skills in English are a plus. Skilled at prioritizing tasks and keeping projects on track. Passion for content, journalism and media trends, with a drive to continuously improve. A collaborative and supportive work environment within an international team of content professionals passionate about culture, language and communication.
