Nuestro cliente es una conocida farmacéutica biotecnológica española ubicada en la provincia de Girona, tiene presencia en más de 40 países y está especializada en la prevención de la salud animal y humana mediante vacunas innovadoras y servicios de diagnóstico avanzados. Actualmente, debido al crecimiento de la compañía, buscan incorporar un/a Modern Workplace Specialist para sus oficinas ubicadas en Amer (Girona), dentro del equipo de Workplace & Collaboration. Administrar y mantener las herramientas de colaboración digital de la compañía (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.), garantizando su correcto funcionamiento. Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad y las buenas prácticas en las plataformas colaborativas. Identificar necesidades, puntos de mejora y oportunidades para optimizar la experiencia digital de colaboración. Acompañar y formar a los usuarios en el uso eficiente de las herramientas de colaboración a través de sesiones, documentación y soporte especializado. Colaborar con el área de Workplace IT para garantizar coherencia entre el entorno de trabajo físico y digital. Participar activamente en la gestión y seguimiento de proyectos vinculados al ámbito de la colaboración digital. Elaborar y mantener documentación técnica y procedimientos estandarizados sobre las soluciones de colaboración. Impulsar la innovación y la adopción de nuevas tecnologías que potencien la colaboración, la comunicación y el trabajo en equipo. Aportar experiencia en una posición similar en el ámbito de la colaboración digital. ~ Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive ~*Administración y gobernanza de plataformas de colaboración digital ~*Configuración, adopción y soporte de herramientas colaborativas ~*Integración de servicios y automatización de procesos en entornos M365 ~ Nivel de inglés medio-alto, tanto técnico como de comunicación. ~ Orientación al servicio, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y habilidad para liderar iniciativas de mejora y adopción tecnológica. ~ Persona analítica, organizada y meticulosa, con buena comunicación y capacidad de documentación. ~ Experiencia en gestión y seguimiento de proyectos IT. ¿Contrato indefinido directamente con empresa final Horario flexible entrada entre 7:30h y 9:00h y salida a partir de las 16:00h Teletrabajo: 18 días / trimestre Formaciones a cargo de la empresa Formar parte de una empresa innovadora, multinacional y en expansión, con impacto global. xsgfvud Además encontrarás un ambiente multicultural y colaborativo, donde tus ideas y talento son valorados.
