Nuestro cliente es un holding industrial europeo líder en el diseño y fabricación de soluciones de aislamiento premium y clean rooms para industrias como farmacéutica y agroalimentaria, con presencia en múltiples países incluyendo Francia, Portugal, España, Reino Unido, Irlanda, EE.Actualmente busca un Interim Cash Manager (formato freelance/autónomo) basado en Francia, o Madrid en un proyecto inicial de seis meses, para fortalecer la estructura financiera y gestionar la liquidez de las empresas del grupo en ese país, con supervisión sobre Italia e interacciones con otras entidades del grupo. Los principales requerimientos incluyen sólidos conocimientos técnicos en tesorería, habilidades analíticas avanzadas, comunicación clara, atención al detalle, comodidad con sistemas financieros y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno internacional. Gestionar el flujo de caja diario y la liquidez de las empresas del grupo en Francia, con supervisión sobre las operaciones en Italia e interacciones con otras entidades del grupo a nivel internacional. Realizar previsiones financieras precisas y análisis de variaciones para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas. El alcance incluye la supervisión de operaciones de tesorería en contextos multinacionales, colaboración con equipos multifuncionales como contabilidad, operaciones y finanzas, y la implementación de mejoras en sistemas para mitigar riesgos financieros, asegurando el cumplimiento de regulaciones locales e internacionales (como en Francia e Italia) y la optimización de recursos en un contexto de crecimiento empresarial. Sólido dominio de flujos de caja, liquidez y mercados financieros básicos, incluyendo previsiones y análisis de variaciones. Habilidades analíticas fuertes y avanzadas en Excel/modelado financiero para interpretar datos y respaldar decisiones. Pensamiento analítico, comunicación clara, alta atención al detalle, comodidad con sistemas financieros y capacidad para trabajar de manera multifuncional. Título universitario en Finanzas, Economía o campo relacionado. Al menos 5 años de experiencia en roles de tesorería o gestión de caja en entornos internacionales y conocimiento de normativas financieras. Dominio de francés e inglés. Experiencia en software de tesorería como Kyriba o Treasury Management Systems (TMS). Certificaciones como CFA. Conocimiento de gestión de riesgos. Experiencia en entornos multinacionales con exposición a múltiples monedas y regulaciones internacionales (especialmente en Francia e Italia). Familiaridad con el sector industrial. Conocimientos de italiano. Jornada completa (40 horas semanales), con disponibilidad para horarios flexibles según necesidades operativas.
