EF English Live Sales Team hänen looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of Italian to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As a Junior Sales Consultant , you will be responsible for selling and promoting our online straps of English courses. You will play a key role in developing revenue and the number of students joining our online school, being part of a fast‑growing business. Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To Inbound and outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls. Upgrade and renew current customers. Qualify leads given and turn them into business opportunities. Take full ownership of direct sales and reach KPI's and sales targets. Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries. Perform database and record‑keeping activities. Operate in a truly international environment and a young team. Requirements 1–2 years experience in sales minimum. Advanced/native level of Italian. Other languages (Polish, Dutch) a plus. Minimum B2 level of spoken English. Sales‑oriented and target‑driven attitude. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
