The role: The role is based in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Infinni Innovations is proud to be part of the Canary Islands Special Economic Zone (ZEC Canarias), a hub for technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including intercompany transactions. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, employee expenses, and vendor invoices. Ensure accurate coding of accounting entries and maintain organized financial records. Assist with VAT filings, tax compliance, and audit preparation. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, HR) to ensure data accuracy. Liaise with external accountants and tax advisors as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1-2 years' experience in accounting, finance, or audit. Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and financial statements. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with NetSuite is a plus. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment. Excellent English communication; Spanish is a strong plus.
