Our mission is to increase sales productivity by generating highly qualified pipeline that converts into revenue. The primary responsibility is to engage with Net New customers through digital selling methodologies, build and manage a pipeline of cloud opportunities, and collaborate with Sales Executives within the Midmarket segment.Expectations & Responsibilities Generate leads and opportunities through digital motion, social selling, and targeted prospecting of companies in the specified industry/Line of Business.Plan prospecting strategy in alignment with the Sales Team and Partners.Drive proactive outbound activities into net new contacts.Engage with C‑Level executives through multi‑channel touchpoints.Meet ambitious sales and demand generation targets.Be SAP’s cutting edge for driving digital transformation.Adopt and deploy the latest digital prospecting and sales tools and methodologies.Coordinate weekly cadence alignment meetings with AEs.Use Outreach as the main tool for executing campaigns and tracking performance.Execute own initiatives focused on creating new pipeline.Preferred Skills, Experience & Traits Southern Europe market unit: Portuguese and Spanish languages (mandatory).Fluent in English (mandatory).University degree in Business Administration, IT, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.2–3 years experience in B2B demand generation and/or sales in a software sales organization.Interest in new technologies.Understanding of business challenges in a defined industry or line of business.Strong customer centricity and interpersonal skills.Capacity to listen actively and identify prioritized customer needs.Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results.Teamwork and adaptability.Curious, agile, growth mindset.Experience as “team leader” with direct or indirect teams or initiatives (desirable).Benefits & What’s in it for you Culture of collaboration: mentors and thriving personal network.World‑class training & development opportunities.Constant learning and knowledge sharing with top selling professionals.Dynamic, competitive, collaborative environment.Beyond‑job experience.Office tour video in Barcelona.Location Barcelona Hub.Equal Employment Opportunity SAP is committed to the values of Equal Employment Opportunity and provides accessibility accommodations to applicants with physical and/or mental disabilities.
