Overview Our client is a well-known German catering company that has recently expanded to Mallorca and is now operating at two locations on the island. We are looking for an experienced Event Sales Manager (all genders) for the independent planning and execution of high-end catering events in Mallorca. The role combines client sales and event operations. A professional support team is available for implementation support. Responsibilities Full ownership of event planning and execution Development of offers, concepts, schedules, and logistics Direct client communication from inquiry to post-event follow-up Coordination with internal departments and external partners Quality control and on-site supervision CRM data maintenance and process optimization Contribution to culinary and hospitality concept development Supporting the management in developing the company Your Profile Extensive experience in event or catering management Strong organizational and communication skills Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) German is a plus Proficient with CRM and digital tools Passion for food, design, and guest experience What’s Offered Support team for operational tasks Competitive salary Permanent contract and hands-on onboarding Development opportunities and internal career growth Flexible working hours Relocation support to Mallorca if your not from MallorcaInterested?
