Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify potential cost implications and provide proactive solutions.Operational Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and project teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Provide expert guidance on cost related matters to support informed decision making and foster a culture of financial responsibility across the Architectural Department.Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive cost reports, detailing expenditures and variances. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management to facilitate strategic decision making.Cost-saving Measures: Proactively identify opportunities for cost saving initiatives within architectural projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions without compromising quality or guest experience. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures and adjust strategies as necessary.Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data for auditing and reporting purposes.Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with finance teams to facilitate timely and accurate financial reporting. Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of cost management initiatives into broader organizational strategies.
