We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our AdSpend Management System (MBS) and our Self‑Service Portal. This role requires a deep understanding of technical architecture, user experience, and business needs to deliver robust, scalable, and intuitive solutions that empower our internal users and enhance operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in defining the future of our internal platforms, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of a fast‑paced global organization. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and inform product direction. Drive the design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, to optimize user experience. Execution & Delivery: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch and post‑launch optimization. Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features and enhancements. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for MBS and Self‑Service Portal products, fostering strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and engineering teams. Possess an understanding of relevant technologies, system integrations, data flows, and security best practices. Performance & Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance. Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all product development adheres to internal governance policies, security standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical product management role. ~ Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products, preferably in the enterprise application or internal tools space. ~ Experience with mission‑critical business systems and/or self‑service portal development is highly desirable. ~ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technologies. Familiarity with API design, data modeling, and system integrations. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security concepts. Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and data schemas. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
