Apply now and let’s shape the future together at BasqueVoltRequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Li‑ion battery manufacturing.Experience in battery products (LFP/NMC cathode, graphite anode, etc.).Good understanding of the various product and process constraints related to the battery field.Experience in mechanical piece assembly and stress expertise.Proven experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.Hands‑on experience designing and executing mechanical modifications or equipment upgrades.Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, VSM, SMED, TPM…) and/or Six Sigma methodologies.Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.Applicants should be fluent in English.
