DIRECTOR/A GENERAL REAL ESTATE

Buscamos un/a Director/a General para liderar y gestionar una Agencia Real Estate de rango Luxury ubicada en Marbella, integrada en un grupo empresarial sólido y de referencia. El candidato ideal será un profesional con amplia experiencia en el sector, visión estratégica y fuerte capacidad de liderazgo para llevar la compañía a su siguiente fase de crecimiento y excelencia operativa. Responsabilidades - Definir y ejecutar la estrategia global de la compañía, alineada con los objetivos del grupo empresarial. - Supervisar todas las áreas del negocio: comercial, marketing, operaciones, expansión, servicio al cliente y administración. - Crear, liderar, desarrollar y motivar al equipo para garantizar un alto rendimiento y una cultura organizacional sólida. - Gestionar la rentabilidad, control presupuestario, P&L y toma de decisiones orientadas al crecimiento sostenible. - Identificar oportunidades de negocio en el mercado local e internacional, especialmente en el segmento residencial y de lujo. - Representar la compañía ante clientes clave, partners, inversores y stakeholders corporativos. - Coordinar con la matriz del grupo empresarial para asegurar la alineación en procesos, políticas y estándares. - Velar por el cumplimiento normativo, regulatorio y de calidad en todas las operaciones. - Impulsar proyectos de innovación, digitalización y mejora interna. Requisitos - Experiencia mínima de 7 años en el sector inmobiliario, preferiblemente en roles de dirección o alta gestión. - Nivel de inglés muy alto (C1/C2); se valorarán otros idiomas. - Experiencia en gestión de equipos multidisciplinares y liderazgo de alto nivel. - Conocimientos sólidos del mercado inmobiliario de la Costa del Sol y tendencias del sector. - Capacidad estratégica, visión de negocio y orientación a resultados. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y representación corporativa. - Alta capacidad de organización y toma de decisiones bajo presión.
