We are seeking recent graduates with a master’s or doctorate in a technical discipline who are enthusiastic about exploring complex technical topics and thrive in an interdisciplinary, international team environment. We will work with you to find the position that best matches your skills, interests, and academic background, ensuring a rewarding and fulfilling career path.ResponsibilitiesYou create test specifications and implement test automation routines according to specific requirementsYou plan and organize testing activitiesYou update vehicles and prototypes and adapt HiL testing environmentsYou perform testing activities in vehicles, prototypes and HiL systems including fault analysis and the creation of test reportsYou Analyze and handle complex processes and mechatronic systemsYou develop model based solution approaches using both classical and new methodsYou develop new control engineering concepts related to physical problemsYou translate these concepts into series ready algorithms suitable for control unitsYou review detailed software designsYou create software code in C or model based software codeYou execute functional software testsYou review software code or model based code implementationsNecessary SkillsMaster’s or doctorate in controls, electronics, mechatronics, information technology or a related fieldDemonstrates a well structured and strongly target oriented approach combined with strong interpersonal and analytical skillsPossesses a solid understanding of signal conditioning and processingShows proficiency in programming and familiarity with various programming languagesAble to independently coordinate tasks while maintaining close collaboration with diverse teams across IAVDesired SkillsKnowledge of, or practical experience with following tools: Confluence, JIRA, CANOE, Diagnostic- and Test-Management-Tools, TargetLinkBasic understanding of SW testing processes, methodologies and HIL systemsBasic knowledge of vehicle architectures/vehicle network and systems engineeringBasic knowledge about embedded software testing (black box, regression...)Take on responsibility instead of being a cog in the wheel.
