What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for leading the processing and maintenance of DMS spare parts system master data and DMS system optimization, ensuring that DMS system data is normal and system functions are optimized. Leading the collection and processing of customer emails, TIS, ticketing system feedback on spare parts support requirements, and real-time processing of closed loops; Monitoring the delivery time of spare parts in overseas local markets, as well as KPI indicators for spare parts operation; Troubleshooting and handling of abnormal spare parts ordering by dealers, supporting them in placing, managing and invoicing orders, identifying the correct products. Handling the deployment and execution of other spare parts related projects and policies to the dealer side, análisis and reporting. Close collaboration with customer care and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China. What you bring Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories and other products) Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM. Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish language and English is a must. High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy.
