We are looking for a Site Manager.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring compliance with project company goals and guidelines, particularly HSE and quality minimum requirementsEnsuring the correct and timely completion of photovoltaic projectsMonitoring the achievement of project and company goals as well as compliance with the relevant guidelines, in particular the HSE and Quality minimum requirementsInterface function between construction site as well as internal departments, for example Engineering, Supply Chain & Procurement and Project ManagementExecution and documentation of quality checksChecking the construction progress for compliance with the agreed milestones of the construction projectIdentification of possible defects and improvement potentials and coordination of solution finding and implementation of solution approachesResponsibility for the implementation of engineering changes on the construction sitesSupport as well as close cooperation during the complete project duration with the associated project manager (m/f/d)Responsibility for your site management team and organization of the team e.g. accommodation, task distributionCoordination of the delivery of the individual components to the construction site with supply chain departmentRequirements / QualificationsCompleted training in the electrical sector, skilled trades, construction industry or completed studies in electrical engineering or civil engineeringMust have: experience in the management of construction projectsNice to have: knowledge in work safety and good technical understandingExperience in dealing with subcontractorsGood MS Office knowledgeGood English skillsYour skills: very communicative team player (m/f/d) with assertiveness as well as intercultural competence and organizational talentWillingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)Driving license class BWho we areBELECTRIC España was founded in **** with the goal of developing photovoltaic and energy storage projects, covering the entire value chain—from development to operation and maintenance.We are currently experiencing sustained growth and are looking for committed professionals with experience and a desire to continue learning in an international, dynamic, and fast-evolving energy transition environment.What we offerFlat hierarchies with good development opportunities.
