If you’re a mechanically minded engineer who thrives on variety, travel, and delivering excellent service, this role could be a great fit.**What you’ll be doing*** Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and fault diagnostics at customer sites across Spain and Portugal.* Provide accurate, detailed, and timely service visit reports following all on-site activities.* Deliver electrical / mechanical-focused technical support for machinery within your area of responsibility, advising customers on maintenance best practices, spare parts, and available upgrades.* Identify recurring technical issues or trends and proactively share insights with your manager and the wider Service team.* Train customers on machine operation, maintenance routines, safety standards, and cleaning procedures.* Support the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Service Department working procedures.* Respond to technical questions from customers, fellow technicians, and the sales team.* Identify potential sales opportunities and support the Sales organisation by providing technical expertise and customer-focused assistance.**About You**You are a hands-on mechanical engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and building strong customer relationships.
