Your Role Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to……… What you will do Drive Sales Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate and prepare critical monthly and quarterly performance reports for Key Accounts, translating data into actionable insights for the management team. Ensure Data Integrity: Own the accuracy and maintenance of all client activity and sales metrics within the CRM system. Coordinate Strategic Initiatives: Act as the central point of contact for tracking and following up on top commercial initiatives across channels Support Omnichannel & Retail Execution: Coordinate the operational execution of promotions, creativities, and merchandising activities●  What we are looking for Educational Drive & Business Acumen: Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Demonstrated interest in commercial strategy and sales operations. Data & Analytical Acumen: Proficient user of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and previous exposure to CRM systems, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and detail. Bilingual/Multilingual Capacity: Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Proactive & Organized: Highly organized and proactive individual capable of managing multiple follow-ups simultaneously, ensuring senior management can focus on strategic negotiation and client relationship building.
