Our team is composed of digital native professionals, who have a wide knowledge in the different stages and disciplines of the digital transformation: Digital Strategy, Infrastructures, Software Development, Creativity and UX/UI Design, Digital Marketing, and Big Data. At Research and Insights, we focus mainly on building a brand’s identity and discourse. We look for profiles that are sharp, and that have the capability to think critically and adapt quickly to projects that have different approaches: from the creation of a brand’s identity to the development of an omnichannel storytelling through content. In this department, analytical capabilities are as important as creativity. Our projects always start by analyzing the audience, the market, and the competition to gain a deep understanding of the media and digital channels. Our proposals stand out strategically, and rely on measurable data. Our objective is to always offer our clients effectiveness in their messages, and work with them to build a credible brand in a competitive environment. What we’d like you to do Audience segmentation analysis using different statistical tools. Design and execution of ad‑hoc research projects, both quantitative and qualitative. Competitive analysis and other periodic reports. Market trends analysis related to the digital context and our clients’ different industries. Identifying actionable insights in digital media activation strategies. Ability to manage clients and pitches, and prioritize tasks with the work team. What we’d like you to bring Proactive and eager to face new challenges with a positive attitude. At least 2‑3 years of previous experience on research projects and the use of market research tools, such as Global Web, Index, AIMC Marcas, Brandwatch, Comscore, Adjinn, or Statista. Good communication skills, both written and verbal to report to clients and internal teams. Advanced Excel user and elaborating presentations. Fluent in spoken and written English. Experience working with media, content, SEO, and creative teams providing meaningful insights and data activation plans. University studies in ADE/Business, Marketing, Market Research, or similar. ✔️ Perks of joining us Indefinite job contract with full stability.
