WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH We are looking for an experienced Product Owner, whose mission is to make the global Porsche website an outstanding digital luxury experience for our customers. You will help create a seamless and enjoyable digital journey that guides users to the right model, product, or service . WHAT YOU WILL DO Work with internal stakeholders and end customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. Write and refineuser stories,features, andepics. Collaborate closely with product teams and stakeholders to communicate requirements, align dependencies and remove roadblocks. Lead the agileteam and be the face in front of customers and stakeholders. Own and manageproduct roadmap,product backlog, feature prioritization, and decision-making. Setsprint andproductincrementgoals for the team. Assessvalue, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with amaximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Coordinate with other(global & local) Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple delivery streams or release trainand fits the company portfolio. Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. WHAT YOU BRING ALONG Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Minimumof5years experienceas aProductOwner or Product manager in B2C or B2B2C products on top of other experiences as Project Manager, Marketing Manager or similar roles. Agile certification(s). Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile teams, ideally in a scaled setup (SAFe experience preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident in saying “no but” when necessary. A leadership style grounded in empathy, fairness, and clarity. Ability to prioritize effectively and help teams stay focused on what matters most. Strong organizational awareness without the need for micromanagement. Calm, adaptable mindset in fast-paced environments—able to manage shifting priorities with grace. A collaborative approach—welcoming ideas, promoting shared ownership, and supporting team dynamics. Strong problem-solving skills : can guide teams to solutions, unblock external issues, and make trade-offs with time and budget in mind. Consistently shows up and contributes meaningfully to key discussions and decision-making. Proactive in ensuring teams have access to the right users, stakeholders, or data at the right time. Fluent in English is a must. WE ADDITIONALY VALUE IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH Experiance working with Web Apps or CMS platforms. Business knowledge on website personalisation based on user segmentation.
