To food that, besides filling our senses with sensations, floods us with emotions.At Mammafiore, we are obsessed with offering the highest quality products, the fastest delivery, and we stand out for the professionalism and commitment of our team of specialists.At Grupo Mammafiore, we are looking for a Junior Supply Technician to join our team of passionate food and wine loversAbout the role:Support the calculation of weekly demand forecasting for the assigned product references (fresh, super‑fresh, frozen, dry) and monitor orders.Manage the dispatch and follow‑up of purchase orders from suppliers in Barcelona, Distribution, Girona, and special customers.Assist in inventory control and stock forecasting for all stock and made‑to‑order references.Record product entries, perform data loading, and manage invoice control, DDTs, and system data checks.Provide information to update product sheets and databases.Support the analysis of purchasing statistics and the monitoring of KPIs (supplier service level and customer service).Manage the sale, purchase, and order registration of water for international customers.Request IFS, BRC, ISO 22000 certificates and CoA analysis reports from suppliers (when applicable).Participate in required meetings and training sessions.Perform other duties related to the position.Who we are looking for:One (1) year of experience in administrative roles or support positions in logistics, purchasing, or procurement.Experience in inventory management, order tracking, or working with suppliers.Studies in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Training in demand planning (preferred).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and user‑level experience with purchasing ERP systems.Languages: Spanish and English.
