Overview MISSION: We are seeking a motivated intern to support our Marketing Excellence team within the Global Marketing Office at Almirall's headquarters in Barcelona.About the Job: Marketing Excellence plays a key role in driving strategic alignment, operational consistency, and process excellence across global and local marketing teams. The team ensures that brand planning, strategic processes, and capability-building initiatives run smoothly and effectively across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to support global strategic marketing processes, gain hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-impact initiatives in a dynamic and engaging environment.Responsibilities Support the Marketing Excellence processes by coordinating workshop agendas, managing logistics, scheduling meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups, and attending Brand Team meetings when required.Contribute to the evolution and updates of Global & Local Brand Plan templates, ensuring consistency in collaboration with Medical Excellence and CommEx.Track timelines and deliverables for brand planning processes across global teams and markets, including preparation of stakeholder communications and reminders.Support the Strategic Cycle Planning with meeting preparation, data compilation for yearly assumption decks, and timeline monitoring.Support the Recognition & Awards program by driving engagement, coordinating submissions, and managing communications and meetings.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at global level to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.Manage interactions with internal stakeholders and provide operational support to ensure continuity during periods of high workload or resource constraints.Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.A masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Management, or similar is desirable.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in English and Spanish (advanced level required).Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.Proactive, collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.Why Work with Almirall?
