As we expand with new Resort openings on an almost annual basis, our core purpose remains the same; encouraging guests to experience the Μagic of togetherness as the World’s Leading Family & Beach Resort.Whether you’re looking for a strong career path in the hospitality industry, to learn new skills that will set you apart from the competition, or to develop meaningful relationships and grow personally and professionally, our safe, strong, and sustainable environment might just be the perfect place for you.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the reception team to deliver exceptional guest service.Guest Service: Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and complaints with professionalism.Operations Management: Oversee daily reception operations, ensuring compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures.Coordination: Liaise with other departments (Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences.Administration: Manage scheduling, employee rotas, cash handling, and reporting. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest profiles, and billing.Performance Monitoring: Track guest satisfaction, monitor service quality, and implement improvements where needed.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Assistant Reception Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel.Strong knowledge of front office operations and property management systems (e.g., Opera).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Strong guest-focused mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.What We OfferTeamBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.GrowHave room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.CareCompetitive remuneration package.Accommodation & daily transportation.Full board meals.Departmental training.#J-18808-Ljbffr
