This role is specifically tailored for individuals who can navigate the complexities of the German market , onboarding and engaging with high-potential companies to drive innovation and product adoption.As a trusted advisor, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge tech and market success, minimizing churn while identifying strategic opportunities for growth and advocacy within our customer base.Your MissionStrategic Onboarding: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement.Active Engagement: Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services while handling a high volume of potential clients daily.Consultative Solutions: Detect and understand customer objectives to offer adapted solutions tailored to their unique needs.Campaign Excellence: Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.Revenue Growth: Take responsibility for increasing spend and managing campaign upselling.Data Integrity: Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database with complete information.What You Bring to the TableEducation: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus).Language Mastery: C2 level of German and B2 level of English.Proven Track Record: 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, particularly in high-stakes, client-facing environments.CRM & AI Savvy: Strong experience managing customer relationships and a habit of integrating AI tools into your workflow to personalize outreach.Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and support strategic decisions.Communication: Excellent persuasive skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and thrive in a goal-oriented, collaborative team environment.The Barcelona ExperienceLocation: Work from our prime office at the World Trade Center, Barcelona, right by the sea.Work Style: Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position.Relocation: Full support to help you settle into your new life in Spain.Wellness: Private Health Insurance included.Development: Continuous skill development, certifications, and clear career growth supported by dedicated coaches.Culture: A dynamic business-casual environment with regular contests and a motivating team spirit.Ready to drive the growth of future unicorns from the Mediterranean coast?
