About the role We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join our Madrid studio working on corporate and consumer brands. This is an exciting opportunity where you will lead and direct the design team to deliver creative excellence. You will inspire your team and your clients through concept generation and big idea thinking in order to develop multiple design solutions, aligned with the brand strategy and design objectives. About you You will have experience in a top branding consultancy or design agency with experience across corporate and consumer brands. In this role you will be collaborative by nature and a team player. We are looking for someone with experience managing a team, delegating work and projects to team members. In this position you will need to demonstrate expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Figma and collaborative software. It would be an advantage if you have motion and digital skills and an understanding of a wide range of production processes. We are looking for a naturally inquisitive, a good communicator who can inspire and delight the team, stakeholders and clients alike. To succeed in this role you will have creative flair, able to understand and participate in the development of strategy and be able to demonstrate a full understanding of brand / design from concept through to implementation.
